£500 draw result.

Club Draw.Congratulations to Brenda Harvey who was the lucky winner in our £500 draw last night.The National Club Draw tickets will now be sent to Croke Park for inclusion in the main draw which takes place on 8 March 2018.

Scór Sinsir Table Quiz

Scór is a GAA competition that combines all the colour and rivalry of gaelic Games with the social/fun element of Ireland’s traditional past-times.Oisín CLG aim to promote Scór Sinsir for those of you over 17 years of age on 1 January 2018.Oisín CLG competed in Scór in years gone by as recently as 2012,2013 and 2014.This year ,following the recent participation of our young Gaels in the Scór Na nÓg Table Quiz at Dunloy, our Cultural Officer is now looking to enter an adult team in the Scor Sinsir Table Quiz.Please become involved and represent our club again! The closing date for entries this year is 4 February 2018.Contact Maggie McToal on 0774871878 for details.

Concussion Workshop

Conor McGourty, Ulster Player Welfare Officer will be hosting a Concussion Workshop in the Antrim GAA Office on February 7th from 7-8.15pm. This workshops is open to all club members, coaches, parents and players.

The Concussion workshop will look at the following:

What is concussion?
New protocols of the GAA on concussion
Recognition signs and symptoms
How to deal with concussion
Helping players cope
Return to play
Player welfare and burnout

Scór is a GAA competition that combines all the colour and rivalry of gaelic Games with the social/fun element of Ireland’s traditional past-times.Oisín CLG aim to promote Scór Sinsir for those of you over 17 years of age.There are eight events/disciplines in Scór that cover all aspects of Irish culture – Figure/Céili Dancing,Solo Singing,Ballad Group,Recitation/Scealalaiocht,Leiriú Státse/Stage Presentation,Instrumental Music,Set Dancing and Table Quiz.Oisín CLG competed in Scór in years gone by as recently as 2012,2013 and 2014.Please become involved and represent our club again!
